This boutique studio offers Vinyasa and Yin yoga classes, personal training for strength and balance, and private sound therapy for peace and healing.

Poses are supported by blocks, bolster, and blankets to allow you to settle into each pose/shape for three to seven minutes. Your body and mind sink into a peaceful release, leaving your feeling relaxed and calm.

PERSONAL TRAINING
One on one training to gain strength, stability and confidence in your physical being.
Upon our first meeting, an assessment of your current health and wellbeing (muscular strength, flexibility, and endurance is conducted. Together we then set up a measurable short and long range program according to your fitness goals.
SOUND THERAPY
Sound therapy uses music and vibrations to improve physical and emotional health and well being. Some of the highly reported benefits include stress reduction, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol levels, pain management, and reducing insomnia.
It has been used to treat anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD, autism, and dementia.
Once you check in, you are nestled on a heated massage table, with vibrational sounds moving up through the bed. As you relax, you are softly surrounded with the sounds of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, rainstick, tuning forks, crystal bowls and a small steel drum.
The session is one hour, with a soothing herbal tea afterward as you gently come back into your full being, feeling refreshed and balanced.
